DPS Spring/Fall Assignment: 1st Place

My diptych, above, took first place in the Digital-Photography-School.com Spring/Fall contest. Couldn't think of a shot to enter for the contest until I started playing with my macro setup. That's when the idea to take the theme title very literally hit me. I browsed through the entries and didn't see another literal translation so I started setting up my shot.

I am very honored to have had my photo chosen by the Google team as a featured photo for April 2010. I love all the great comments my picasa photos are getting. Thanks, Google. Yes, Michelle's hand is now world famous. For reference, there were roughly 300 views and 1 comment before it was featured on Picasa's Explore tab.
